Q: My network camera will make a beeping sound after I start it. Why?

A: After arming the camera, the camera will make the beeping sound for 30 seconds to notify the user that you are entering the arming mode.

Q: After arming, I didn’t hear the alarm sound when there is an alarm. Why?

A: Please check whether you have enabled the alarm sound. You can set the sound in the device parameters interface.

Note: It is not recommended to change the device parameters on your own. If necessary, you should undertake it with the guidance of professionals.

       SD Card

Q: Why there are only 21G spaces for the TF card claimed to have 32G storage spaces after initialization?

A: After initialization, the program will take a quarter of the space as the storage space for the video and pictures.

Q: Why cannot I find any record file even if there is a TF card inserted.

A: Make sure your SD card is a Micro SD card or TF Card. And make sure that the card is not damaged. You are recommended to insert the SD card after powering off. And you can also check whether the card has been initialized.


Q: Why does my camera take a long time to start up?

A: For a certain camera module, it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to startup.

Q: How can I restore the default settings of my network camera?

A: Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 5 seconds.
